2020 Annual Meeting and Executive Board Session Notice

All - because of a new law (SB323) that went into effect this year, election rules governing HOAs have changed and now require additional time to provide for homeowner input. You will soon be receiving information on this process from our management company, the Helsing Group. Unfortunately, the additional time now required means that we must postpone the election of two of our board positions and our related Annual Meeting to January. Given this change, the Board voted at Monday's special Board Meeting to extend the terms of the two positions up for election until January. The Board thanks you all for your patience, and encourages anyone who has an interest in serving on the Board, to please review the process, and submit a self-nomination form (included in the information packet). The Board will hold a regular Board meeting in September, on Monday, the 28th. Executive Board Session Notice The Board will hold an Executive Session meeting Tuesday, August 25 at 5:30.
