Paint Process Our exterior painting project for Village Four has been completed. Thank you to everyone involved for your time and patience. The contract includes warranties on the repairs and paint done by MasterCraft. If you have issues that are covered under the warranty, let our property manager know so that we can resolve them. No need to store a can of paint for the next few years in your home. When you are in need of a free can of touch up paint, simply go to our local Home Depot and they will have all our information on file. The code you use to get the paint will be available to you shortly.

Long-Range Landscape Development Committee Update - Two of the three Goals and Objectives Workshops were held where we received some good ideas, the third was cancelled due to COVID-19 safety protocol.  The committee will meet to determine how to obtain input for those who wanted to attend.  Watch your email and check for flyers to receive updates.  As of now, the project is not being postponed and will continue according to the current schedule.

Homeowner Yard Pickup – The Board advises all homeowners to dispose of their individual patio trimmings for Fernandez Landscape Service, Inc. to pick up on Friday during the routine landscape service call as follows:

1.    Place all vegetative trimmings for disposal from your patio only in black plastic garbage bags.

2.    Place the black plastic garbage bag(s) of vegetative trimmings Thursday evening or early Friday morning:

Commons Drive Homeowners - at the curb on the pavement of your outdoor parking space

American River Drive Homeowners - at the foot of your garage

3.    Do not put the black plastic garbage bag(s) on the grass or ground cover.
