Welcome to the New Village 4 Website!

You are viewing the newly re-created Village 4 website. As you can see, it contains useful documents of interest to all of us - CC&Rs, a map of the Village, Village 4 Directory and other good-to-know contact information. I will be updating this corner with additional material as issues arise. Please let me know if you have suggestions, concerns, observations in general. Board Meeting July 30 5:30 Clubhouse

llWe've had some changes over the past few months. Paul and Marty Stiffler have moved back to Ohio and we wish them all the best! Because of that, Agnes Dykstra has agreed to take on the Treasurer's position - thanks, Agnes!! And we again have a vacant board position so anyone who has an interest in helping govern Village 4, please contact any Board member - we meet every other month and very much appreciate your help. Also, unfortunately the 707 Commons Drive appeals were all turned down - there is a synopsis in the 707 Commons Drive section of on this site. Hope to see you at the July 30 Board meeting!
