All - Our Village 4 November Board meeting will be held Tuesday, November 29 at 5:30 in the clubhouse - hope to see lots of you there! Also - the Campus Commons Holiday Party will be Sunday, December 11 in the clubhouse. More information will be coming on that - a fun time, great opportunity to see all our Campus Commons neighbors.

Due to a scheduling mishap with the clubhouse, our March Board meeting has had to be changed to TUESDAY, MARCH 29 - same time (5:30). Sorry for any confusion - see you there!

Our March Board Meeting will be held in the clubhouse on March 22 at 5:30. Masks are encouraged!

All - our November Board meeting is coming up - next Tuesday, the 23rd, in the clubhouse at 5:30. Also - take a look at the new fence currently under construction on Howe Avenue - almost done!

Please note there will be an open session Board meeting Monday, August 9 at 5:30 pm in the Campus Commons Clubhouse . there is one agenda item - to appoint a Village 4 representative to the Campus Commons Park Corporation Board necessitated by the resignation of Jeanne Garcia. Also - a reminder that Arborwell Tree Service will be providing necessary tree maintenance to Village 4 trees from Monday August 16 through Friday August 20, and Monday and Tuesday, August 23-24 from 7:30am to 4:00pm. You are encouraged to park in garages and carports or on the street, and to remove or cover all items on your patios to protect them from falling debris.

First: Plan to attend the July 27 Board Meeting - find out what's new (and some of what's ongoing) in Village 4. Second: Board Elections are coming up - results will be announced at the September Annual Meeting. There are 3 Board positions open this year. If you would like to self-nominate, please submit your Nomination Form by July 16 .

All - there are two votes coming up for your consideration: Campus Commons Park Corporation Special Assessment - The Campus commons Park Corpration is proposing a special assessment to address MANY areas of need that have suffered from benign neglect over the last s-more than several years. All Campus Commons homeowners will be asked to vote YES on this proposal.
