llWe've had some changes over the past few months. Paul and Marty Stiffler have moved back to Ohio and we wish them all the best! Because of that, Agnes Dykstra has agreed to take on the Treasurer's position - thanks, Agnes!! And we again have a vacant board position so anyone who has an interest in helping govern Village 4, please contact any Board member - we meet every other month and very much appreciate your help. Also, unfortunately the 707 Commons Drive appeals were all turned down - there is a synopsis in the 707 Commons Drive section of on this site. Hope to see you at the July 30 Board meeting!

All - Please note our Annual Meeting/Board Meeting date and time: Monday, October 2 at 5:30 in the clubhouse. We will be disucssing updates to our landscaping issues, and any updates available to the 707 Commons Drive proposal (if there are any). Hope to see you there!

Our July Board Meeting will be held on the 25th at 5:30 in the clubhouse - we will have an update on landscaping among the usual business items. Please check out (on this website) the two letters Village 4 has sent to Sacramento City Planning on the 707 Commons Drive proposal. Everyone is encouraged to continue to send concerns to City Planning and to our City Councilman, Eric Guerra. It is important that our voices are heard as this proposal proceeds.

January 24 Board Meeting 5:30 p.m. in the Clubhouse   In addition to ongoing village issues, the January 24 Board Meeting will include further discussion of the 707 Commons Drive project including a proposed letter of concern from Village 4 to the City Planning commission. Also - the Campus Commons Holiday Party will be Sunday, December 11 in the clubhouse. More information will be coming on that - a fun time, great opportunity to see all our Campus Commons neighbors.
